Ran in to an interesting issue this AM. Have two different users, on different CUCM clusters (both running 12.5 SU5), with an 8865 phone (both running sip8845_65.14-0-1-0001-135), that started getting a message on their phone when they attempt to make calls:
“Your deployment is out of licensing, please contact your administrator.”
Licensing on both clusters is green and when checking smart licensing, everything is valid (allowed) there. Not finding any information online about this message and I have never run across this anywhere before. Nothing is showing in console logs or status messages on the phone. Both phones are registered through different hardware in different data centers.
Anybody seen this and know what it is?

I've heard that from CMS, might want to look further into exactly what they were doing

Thanks, Jaime. Unfortunately (fortunately?) we are not using CMS. Or IM&P.

Are you able to get a screenshot/photo of the phone displaying that error? That’s a new one and endpoints are unaware of the CUCM licensing model.
