IOS XE NAT66 use a prefix in IPv6 pool as NAT66 outside address range?

My setup: ISP - IOS XE - L3 Switch - clients

ISP allocates dynamic IPv6 prefixes via DHCPv6 PD over PPPoE.

If there is no L3 switch, the setup is straightforward:

interface Vlan100
 ipv6 enable
 ipv6 address ISP ::1:0:0:0:1/64

But as we have an L3 switch we cannot directly send RAs to the clients on IOS XE. So is it possible to use our own IPv6 prefix under L3 switch, then NAT66 them to a dynamic prefix allocated from the ipv6 address pool?

I have already tried to use all-zero in the first 64 bit of an IPv6 address in nat66 config and it does not work.

I would suggest not using NAT66. Since the SP gives you a PD, you should have sufficient space to configure IPv6 on the XE device and the L3 switches and run routing towards the Internet.

The PD prefix changes from time to time (once every 2-3 day), so I don't think static routing is an option here. Are there any other possible solutions on this?
