IPv6 link local address.

        I have configured IPv6 for clients, i am able to get IPv6 address from configured DHCP server (Win 2012).

From client it is showing following link local address as a gateway, i have configured manual address for link local.

fe80::1%11

I need to configure tag (description) for the link local address. i.e. insted of %11 it should show %<description>.

Is this configuration is supported.

Following is the details of my network devices.

L2 switch         WS-C3750-48TS  (12.2(55)SE1)

L3 switch         WS-C4507R    (12.2(25)EWA14)

Need assistance for the same.

"%11" is not a tag, it is a zone identifier.

Have a look at http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6874 for more information about it.
