IPv6 with IOS IP Base feature set

Hello  freinds.

i need to know if the IP BASE feature of Cisco IOS running on Catalyst switches has support for IPv6, and if it does, how do i enable IPv6 on the switch ?

To tell for sure, you should check Feature Navigator, but IPv6 was added to the base feature in the newer versions of Cisco IOS.  The command will be "ipv6 routing" in congig mode, but it should be on by default.

You might also need to do sdm prefer dual-ipv4-and-ipv6, which requires a switch reload to take effect.
