depending on the hardware you can search for how to configure port-forward 

on cisco you can do static nat

Can you give us more information, what is the Device ? is this ASA or Router

what is the syntax configured, when you were referring not working( can you should us example Logs of X-late to understand)

make sure web server has port 80 working, no firewall on webserver.
