Calls from jabber.com client

I can call out from my C40 endpoint to xxxx@jabber.com with no problem.

(C40 is registered to VCS-C and there is a VCS-E in the mix also.)

I cannot connect going the other way xxx@jabber.com to C40.

Any ideas?

Allan,

Have you register the SIP srv record for your domain, i.e. @companyDomain.com ? If not, it will fail on the reverse direction.
