I am trying to reset a password for a free jabber video account. I know the email address and jabber video address associated with the account are correct as I am able to login with them. When I try to follow the instructions for "Forgot Password" I receive the error "Invalid email address or Jabber video address".
Both the jabber video address and email address are working fine, but I want to reset the password. Any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
FYI to others --- I contacted WebEx Telepresence support when I found out our paid jabber subscription was not able to reset password as well. Support said "Forgot Password" portal was down and he would turn in a ticket to the business unit.
