Can the Free Jabber Video Client be configured to another VCS?

Yes, but then it's not the "free" version any more as Cisco provisions this particular verson from their own back-end, which means you have to log in to their server to authenticate and provision the client.

This was handy prior to 4.4 being released for the "enterprise" version, as it allowed for testing with different clients, but I don't see much point in doing this now that 4.4 is readily available for both free and enterprise versions.

Can the Free Jabber Video Client be configured to another VCS?

The free Jabber Video install is hard-coded to domain ciscojabbervideo.com.  In Windows, do a regedit, search for keys (folders) named JabberVideo.  One of them will have a subfolder named Forced. Delete that folder and then you can enter your own server and domain info in the client settings.
