Jabber video not working in deskphone mode

Hello all ,

I have problem when I try to start video jabber in safe deskphone,The video option is currently greyed out,
but if I work in softphone mode in jabber ,the video is working .

I used camera of PC.
I installed Jabber Desk Phone Video Services Interface 4.1.8
any idea?

My version of CUCM is 12.5.1.10000-22
My version of client Jabber is 14.0
