New Jabber User - Cannot Find Your Services

I have a customer trying to use Jabber but when they try to log in they get 'Cannot Find Your Services Automatically'.

 

I'm completely new to Cisco's Jabber.  What is needed to use Jabber?  Do you need an account set up with those listed under Advanced Settings?
