unable to sign in

CJVT does not sign in today. Neither from Windows nor iPad.

CJVT Windows version displays error message:

Login failed

due to registration failure.

If the problem persists contact IT support.

Is the problem only with my account?

Hi Marko,

Do you still experience any problems signing in?

Do you see the client is attempting to connect to https://sjc1-movi-pr-bootproxy-vip.ciscojabbervideo.com/endpoint/configuration when signing in?

Do you use your whole URI as username, e.g. user@jabber.com?

Make sure your password is correctly entered. It's case SenSitiVe.

You could also try this service, if you don't rememeber your password:

https://www.ciscojabbervideo.com/forgotpassword

Hi Arne,

No - the problem existed only at that day. Maybe even at that time period when I had a meeting and planned to use Jabber. Next day it worked again.

Case closed :-)
