Cisco Jabber login failure - iPhone

Hello Team, 

 

Can you please asset me how to troubleshoot this issue : 

 

Jabber user : login fails from an MRA iPhone client but succeeds from an MRA Windows client

Like Java already mentioned, try it on a different iPhone to see if the problem is specific to MRA or the device. What about Android? You do not need a BOT device to simply login, so trying it is mostly just finding someone with an Android phone to test with. Or heck, try on iPad too.

PS, use https://cway.cisco.com/csa/ to help isolate issues with mra logins (it's not great, but it's a start)

If the same credentials work on J4W but fail on iPhone then I'd think something specific to that client and not the MRA configuration, I'd suggest to review a PRT for details.
