Hi all, presence is working with desk phones and Jabber phones but does not work with EM to update when on a call, just stays on Available. Is this supposed to be supported? If so any suggestions on what to check? Thanks!

Have you associated the directory number on the UDP with the end user? It’s at the very bottom of the directory number configuration page. Also does the end user object in CUCM have proper associations with all three settings for UDP?
