No longer getting calls on my cell phone

Even if my cell phone is the only device that I am signed into, and the application is up and running and active on the screen when I call my number Jabber does not ring or even show that there is an incoming call.  When I called our help desk that says that's the way it works on iPhone now, but I have an android phone. Outgoing calls still work fine it's just incoming calls. Did Cisco do something to stop this function from working?

I am grateful to the responses mine was simple. I turned on DND "do not disturb", but then turned it off my two computers and Cell phone saw the change but in the self service port **bleep** was sill set to DND
