What about the hardened 819, can I use this IoX? I was not able to find the IoX for hardened version, but according to the documentation IoX is Support on C819 with 4G.

C819 with 4G supports IOx. And C819 with WiFi (without 4G) does not support IOx.

My point is I was not able to find an IoX version for hardened C819. There is IoX C819 non-hardened version available at cisco.com. Can I use a non-hardened IoX into a hardened version?

The same image works for both (hardened and non-hardened)

hi Steve, and what about 3G with WiFi? I have the same problem, but think it is not supported with this hardware.

Can't find relevant page where it is noticed, which harware models support IOx or not.

strange to me is that I can find my model listed here:

C819 3G with WiFi does not support IOx.

C819 with 4G supports IOx. And C819 with WiFi (without 4G) does not support IOx.
