I’m trying to find a model or straw man for help quantifying the benefits of using NSO in a Service Provider.
Searching internally give some hints in document from Heavy Reading and similar but I couldn’t find any good, easy to use model that can be used as foundation.
Anyone have a model to share?

This includes PF correct? Are the performance values “without PF/NSO and with PF/NSO” customer validated inputs or placeholders?

Tony, I am not sure. The original ROI tool that I think this is based on came from Carlos Cordero, he did it to help the CTL effort last year on the request of the AT.
I think there may have been iterations on it since then.
Are you asking if the various KPIs are weighted based on their contribution to the ROI model, then I think the answer is yes.
