c3560x interface status is inaccurate

we have a we-c3560x-24p switch with version 12.2 (55) SE5 that was off our network for a few years and we connected it back up to the network but it shows that there are a few devices connected to it but there is only 1 SFP connected in the G1/1.  And even that is wrong when we do a 'show interface status'.  It shows no connected.  How do i resolve this?  Thanks.

i do see interface connected Gi1/1 connected trunk a-full a-1000 1000BaseSX SFP

reset switch. delete all but .bin file like vlan.dat file in flash. erase start up config and reload.

if the switch was used before since long, suggest to reset configuration to factory and configure as per the network requirement.

 

if still now working post configuration and how you connected to uplink switch or devices ?

deleted everything except for the .bin file and rebooted.  I still get the same status.  what next?

can you post below output from the device. how switch connected to other device and what ports
