We’ve had several rounds of deliveries for this training so far. (US, EMEAR and APJ).
The feedback from the various deliveries is being incorporated into the material and we are also in the process of augmenting the content with real-life Service Assurance (Moogsoft) material.
We are aiming to initiate the next round of deliveries in the January timeframe and have a list of +/- 70 people waiting to be trained.
If you haven’t expressed your interest yet let me know and we will add you to the queue. A communication with proposed dates will go out later.
Remember that this training is a 2 days, in class training, delivered at cost which is $700 / seat. Thanks
