ha-cluster SNMP alarms

Hello,

We are testing ha-cluster failover and we are not seeing anything in the snmp.log when failover occurs.  Is there an SNMP trap that is being sent when failover occurs?

Thanks,

Aqueel

Ok, good. Then with tailf-hcc you'll get SNMP alarms.

Hi,

In tailf-hcc 4.0 we introduced alarms, but I don't know if alarms by it self will raise SNMP traps in NSO.

Re: ha-cluster SNMP alarms

all NSO alarms are represented over SNMP northbound as well make sure the SNMP Agent is configured correct see examples.ncs/getting-started/using-ncs/5-snmp-northbound and the northbound / admin guide on alarms and snmp
