I'm missing something ridiculous, I must be.  But this does not work for me on my C819HG-4G.

Sol819#dir flash:

Directory of flash:/

#show running-config

The router just keeps booting into 153.  Do I need to remove the old image...??

GAH!

Yeah, so as I said, something really simple...

#conf t

(config)#config-register 0x2102

Brand new router.

I had to do the following:

819(config)#boot system flash flash:c800-universalk9-mz.SPA.155-1.T1.bin
