Is there a way to check the status of sync CDB, finished or in process?

Hi experts,

When master is up from crashed, it should be set role-override to slave temporarily and activated to sync with CDB on the failed-over Master. Is there a way to check the status of CDB synchronization? And what will happen if execute role-revert on both master and slave before the CDB sync finished?

Best regards,

If the HA Master and Slave are in sync their cdb running transaction-id will be identical:

admin@ncs> show status ncs-state internal cdb datastore running transaction-id

transaction-id 1475-590802-752591;

[ok][2016-12-15 10:16:50]

Also, the completion of the CDB sync is indicated in the devel.log:

<DEBUG> 7-Dec-2016::22:14:38.151 CentOS64-2 ncs[5064]: ncs New HA socket connected

<DEBUG> 7-Dec-2016::22:14:42.155 CentOS64-2 ncs[5064]: ncs HA: Received 3726 bytes during sync with master

<DEBUG> 7-Dec-2016::22:14:42.155 CentOS64-2 ncs[5064]: ncs HA: Requested sync with master: ok
