The very first MANO MOCA SEVT during the very first combined GSP SEVT event in June was a great success. As we are planning for the next iteration of this we want to make this an even bigger and more impactful event. Just like we did last time I really would appreciate your support in:
identifying the top priorities to be covered to assist you in driving the MANO MOCA business.
Assisting the build of a short list and conduct the prioritization.
Committing to act as topic lead or contributor in all content prep and delivery work.
I’m attaching the prioritized topics from last SEVT as a teaser to get you going with your suggestions. We also need to make sure that we’ve more MANO MOCA topics inserted in the other domains like SPN, Cloud, Security etc… Please reply unicast with your suggestions by adding them on the first sheet of the attached xls. Thanks!
Thanks for those that have already provided inputs for the next GSP SEVT for MANO_MOCA. Attached the latest overview. Continue to provide me with your inputs so we have a good list from which we can build a very strong agenda. It’s time for MANO_MOCA to spread the wings and show relevance to the other domains. So make sure to provide your perspectives on how members of our community can own a presentation slot in the other domain sessions. Many thanks
Would be good to see an architecture/strategy session just to look at where we are from an overall perspective and our strategy, looks like it could be covered in point 3 but just calling out a few areas.
Where we play and do not intend to play not from a product perspective though but mapped to an architecture view. E.g. Looking at a big picture, is OSS now not a strategy/focus, how to deal with resource and infrastructure management, capacity planning/forecasting, inventory, assurance strategy, all e2e in the SP. If we don’t have an internal product/proposal which partners to work with to fill the requirement. Some detail outside of a single domain or country how SPs deal with multi national requirements, scaled architectures, multi domain, MoM, CSO etc but also how to publish resources and inventory, maintain sync, failure handling on orchestration or fault.
