The mailer had some isolated thread about using NSO PNP with physical routers.
I’d like to get in contact with people the already demo’ed or POC’ed this scenario, i.e.:
Hey Mike ,
It should be a text file (e.g CPE.txt ) with all the day0 configuration(e.g tunnel0 info,day0 WAN configuration) that needs to be pushed to the CPE.
Please let me know if you need a sample test file for this CPE day-0 config.
Thanks for the feedback.
I used the PNP package together with vBranch pack and in this usecase (likely also vMS), we hand a txtfile written in CLI syntax to ESC, so that it is applied as day0 config.
The text file itself is referenced in an esc template structure.
How would I set up NSO PNP server to map such a text file to a serial of a physical ios-xe router?
In case you have an example that would be great.
