Hi folks
I presume ALL nodes in a NSO HA Group/cluster will need a Smart License token but just want to confirm is that is accurate? If all nodes needs token, can the same token be applied to all NSO nodes?

Nick,
You need to register only from master node.
Actually, smart license agent is shutdown in slave node. (so license command doesn’t work on standby node)
When HA role becomes master on a slave node, it will start the agent.
Here’s a snippet from my testing before with NSO 4.2.
----- license command in slave nodes -----------
admin@ncs# show smart-license smart-agent
smart-license smart-agent start-status stopped
admin@ncs# license smart register idtoken <token>
Error: License Agent not ready. Please try again.
admin@ncs#

Hi,
You only need to give the token to the master node of the HA Group; it is then automatically replicated to the other nodes. Further, only the (current) master node communicates with the Cisco smart licensing cloud.
