Tail-f system requirements

My customer KPN is planning to deploy Tail-f. Do we have some documentation about systems requirements?

Mainly the amount of storage needed? Their deployment is <100 devices to start with, but can eventually grow to <1000 devices.

Here is the last sizing document I was provided and believe it’s still valid for the latest NCS release. See attached.

With 1k devices the storage needed would be minimal, about about 2*size of the memory requirement add a little for the logs and maybe backups and your done.

Remember that the CDB (the NSO database) is always loaded in in RAM so its about the same size on disk, a bit bigger as we dont clean up deleted things etc straight away. So thats why its safer to go with 2*size of the RAM requirements.
