Hi Cisco support team.
The following message occurs at 0.3 times / h.
kernel: exanic ........: tx timestamping failed (@ / var / log / message)
I am in trouble because it occurs very frequently. Please tell me the cause and countermeasures.
Conditions:
-tx only sends ”send request messages of PTP", so there is less traffic.
(reference URL : https://support.exablaze.com/en-us/article/33-tx-timestamping-failed)
-rx is receiving a large amount of UDP data.
-CentOS Linux release 8.2.2004 (Core)
-kernel 4.18.0-193.el8.x86_64
sincerely,
ps:
No support is available on the ExaBlaze site (I can't ask questions).
Does Cisco accept questions about NICs (Exablaze)? I am in great trouble.
