We’ve been utilizing the CDRonDemandService with our application for the last month and recently our application started generating errors as the SOAP service is no longer available.
We’ve done the following debugging, but still have been unable to get the CDRonDemandService back.
Debugging performed:
1. Verified that Cisco SOAP - CDRonDemand Service is activated (Cisco Unified Serviceability > Tools > Service Activation)
2. Disabled and then re-enabled Cisco SOAP - CDRonDemand Service
3. Restarted publisher
We’re using the following to verify if the CDRonDemandService is running
1. https://<cucm publisher>:8443/CDRonDemandService
- List of Services no longer has CDRonDemandService listed
2. https://<cucm publisher>:8443/CDRonDemandService/services/CDRonDemand?wsdl
- Webpage unavailable
Is CDRonDemand running on top of Tomcat? Would restarting the Tomcat service be advised?
