how can a agent send the agent info and start/end recording to mediasense in order to the supervisor can listen and get all of agent info

Hello, I use mediasense API 11.5. I want a agent user can send the info of agent(like agentId, extension,last Name...) and start/end recroding info to mediasense, so that the supervisor can listen and get all of this info.

I see in the gadget of mdiasense, finesse use first the signIn API, and then a start recording action(method: "post",params: agentId,firstName,lastName..., url:"<ip>/ora/agentDetail/agent/monitorAgent") for agent user to sign In and send all of infos agent to mendiasense. But I can't find any API who use the url "<ip>/ora/agentDetail/agent/monitorAgent". Is there a API similar to this?
