MediaSense for CTI ports

Hi,

I would like to know if MediaSense can record the conversations initiated by CTI ports?

Our application uses CTI ports to dial out and conference the participants and we would like to record the audio sessions.

Please advise if this is possible or any document available to achieve this.

MediaSense could record calls if:

- one of the phones is Cisco phone, configured with Media Forking

- call comes through CUBE

If one of these conditions is met, call could be recorded, even if initiated from CTI port.

But CTI port itself can NOT do recording.
