This particular TAG value is CASE SENSITIVE in that IPv4Address does not work..and the returned error is "no good":

         <faultcode>soapenv:Server</faultcode>

         <faultstring>unknown</faultstring>

The value for SelectBy IP should be IPV4Address etc.
