We are trying to integrate TMS with facility management tool through API.
If i am using web on same server i am able to access the WSDL file but when i am using code with basic authentication its not happening on same server.
we tried other ways to authenticate, but were not successful. There might be an issue with the ClientSession ID. Could you, please, specify how do we obtain the correct ClientSession ID (as mentioned in documentation „Cisco-TMSBA-API-guide-15-7.pdf“, section „ClientSession“)? As per the documentation, „If the ClientSession ID is null or blank, Cisco TMS will throw an exception containing a suggested ClientSession ID string,„
but we were not able to locate it, the error we get is attached.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
