I have a client who does not use a smart phone and always uses the Phone me feature of Duo security. This was working until recently and now Duo is not phoning this user. The app seems to suggest its phoning and the call is answered but the phone is not being called and the Answered prompt appears too quickly when testing today. This phone is in Australia. I have given the user a bypass code in the interim.
