ASR1K, ISG, CoA, How to remove policer from session and what is maximum rate?

Hello.

I send

Cisco-Account-Info=QU;123;D;123;

when session is establishing in Access-Accept message.

I can change it to another value using CoA and same attribute, but how do i remove it?

Now i just drop session, but that's not desired.

Also, i figured out, that i cannot set policer to more than 268432000 bps.

If i specify more, router puts weird speeds instead, but much lower than requested.

Is that a IOS bug? (Cisco IOS XE Software, Version 03.13.09.S)
