Dear Readers,
Problem: I can not get the second power supply working.
Please see below point 3.) Cisco Power-Supply Quick Guide
I think i know why its not working please assit if you know why/how.
Cisco is talking about Installing the DC Power-Supply Module step 4 "16-gauge copper wire".
Our field engineer when placing the switch on site did not carry out this step.
Is it not working because step 4 was not carried out ?
