I have been trying out to configure a bridge-domain under service instance on an ME-3800 however it is not letting me do it:
my config is below
int Gi0/10
switchport trunk allowed vlan none
switchport mode trunk
mtu 9216
load-interval 30
service instance 1215 ethernet
encapsulation dot1q 1215
rewrite ingress tag pop 1 symmetric
bridge-domain 1215
GigabitEthernet0/10 service instance 1215: Unable to add to bridge-domain 1215
The router has existing interfaces where bridge domain is configured under the service instances and my config is identical to the other configs except the vlan id.
Has someone encountered the same behavior on the ME-3800?
