Cisco Technical Support Wins 2012 Mobile-WebAwards for Outstanding Achievement in Mobile


The Cisco Technical Support app has been designed to help our users with their troubleshooting and technical needs. We launched our iPhone and iPad apps last year with our Android version earlier this year.  We have continued to offer updates and improvements to our mobile apps based on feedback from our users.

Along this journey, we have been awarded recognitions for our creativity & business impact by leading industry groups such as Technology Services Industry Association, Forrester & SiteIQ.CSC-Mobility_may2012_tsMrkt-188-108px_v2.png

Today, we are pleased to add one more feather in our cap. We have been awarded the Web Marketing Association's 2012 Mobile Web Award for Best Advocacy Mobile Application. Our iPhone & iPad mobile apps for community support have been recognized for their ease of use, breadth of features & intuitive design.
