CMX Anomaly

Premise:

Our platform aquires and elaborates data from CMX to show Kpi that measure the performance of physical store.

One of our kpi, shows trend of presence of the people into the store divided by time slot.

 

after the August 2018 CMX update, we detected an anomaly in our platform data.

The kpi that shows trend of presence into the store divided by time slot, shows for each day a strong presence at the begin of the day and a decrease in attendance with the passing of hours, especially after midday

We'd like to understand if after the update something has changed, and if so, we want to know what it is
