CMX API support not appearing on my dashboard

I purchased 2 MX64 and 2 MX65W devices, I created a network using two of the devices and would like to use the CMX API to programmatically collect location information. I have a developer account and the live sandbox shows support for the CMX API but my system does not. Network-wide->General->Configure  

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting the question. I think your issue was resolved by our support team. We support the CMX Location API on the MR series and MX65W, MX64W, and Z1.
