how to get the correct Geo-Location from CMX API

Hi, as for now, I have got the client detail from CMX API link:[api/location/v3/clients], in this API information, I cannot got the correct geo-location information.

Here is my output below:

  "geoCoordinate": {

            "latitude": -999,

            "longitude": -999,

            "unit": "DEGREES"

the value of latitude and longitude is -999, how can I fix this issue, thanks!!

Re: how to get the correct Geo-Location from CMX API

Hi,

Please see the following discussion

Re: Latitude and longitude coordinates in Location API

The GPS Markers are added to the floor maps from Prime Infrastructure and imported to CMX.

You can use either geoCoordinates or x,y values which are both configured in Prime Infrastructure when you create the map.  The geoCoordinates (with correct GPS markers) are optional when creating the map.  The map scale is set when the boundaries of the map are defined for x,y coordinates.

Thanks.
