Cisco provide only opition interactively through the WCS . Thanks, Seetha

This Simulator will eliminate the network elements such as Controllers, Access Points , Clients , Tags since database of MSE has been loaded with predefined elements. It will help the customer like how to Integrate with thrird party application using with MSE APIs. So you could not able to add/modify customize the maps as wells as, you could not modify the database contents. If you need that features kindly order real MSE and enjoy the benefits. Thanks, Seetha This document was generated from CDN thread
Created by: Ram Venkatesh on 16-07-2010 05:53:11 AM Hello, We are in the process of integrating with the MSE from our application. One of our requirements is to "push" an image and other floor plan information into the MSE programatically, so that we can use the location information returned by the MSE directly. We see that this can be done interactively through the WCS and the Map editing tools. Is there any way to perform the same task from some API?, i.e., are there Set... equivalents of GetNetworkDesignForService and friends in the Design Model API section. Thanks in advance, Venkatesh

Seetha, Thank you for the super quick response, appreciate it. I was suspecting as much from the other queries in this forum but thought would doublecheck anyways. Related question: During development we are using the MSE simulator to write and test our integration code. Is there a WCS image that we could download and use during development to interactively make changes to the map / floor information in the MSE simulator? Regards, Venkatesh
