It depends on your Objectives, This is normally confedential information shouldnt be shared with any one. Their local/Size and protocols in their netowrk belongs to the ISP and part of their proparety UNLESS u represent a consulting company or u need some info for some Job which in the end has to be validated and evaluated by them.
