Difference between Enterprise VPN and L3VPN

Hi,

Recently I came across new term known as "Enterprise VPN" . I am aware of L3VPN, but not sure about new Enterprise VPN. Could any one help me to understand

1. What is Enterprise VPN.

2. How different it is from L3VPN

3. And How to check if the current PE have Enterprise VPN or L3VPN ?

I think by Enterprise VPN it would mean IPSEC but L3VPN is MPLS based.

If you have VRF and LDP, MPLS enabled then it would be L3VPN.
