NAT Most cases used when you do not have Public Routable IP, and you have RC 1918 address or overlapped address which case NAT is introduced, Most of the new application related to NAT with VOIP are working as expected, its all depends how it was deployed.
Most case can be NAT avoided, but some cases not possible.
