Can we use EoMPLS to transport nonroutable protocols such as Systems Network Architecture (SNA), Network Basic Input/Output System (NetBIOS), and NetBIOS Extended User Interface (NetBEUI)over IP ?

You sure can as EoMPLS provides L2 connectivity between the two endpoints. You can then run any L3 protocols transparently.
Hope this helps,

But as you know Netbios is not a L3 prtocol
is it possibel to transfer nonroutabel protocols like Netbios over EoMPLS ?

Netbios is supposed to work on a single broadcast segment. As its not a routable protocol. The broadcast used by Netbios to communicate could be a carried within a single Bcast domain or using a Pseudo BCast Node (Like you Helper Address on a router doing broadcast forward).
Having said that, EoMPLS, gives you a P2P broadcast segment. So Netbios will work with EoMPLS as well. As everything above L2 is transparent to EoMPLS.
