IOS-XR - Route Leaking between VRFs

Dear Folks

I was trying the simple route linking from VRF CE1 to CE2 and so i configure VRFs for CE1 and CE2, run ebgp between PE (ASR9K) and CE1/CE2 in their respective VRFs. Exported RT 1:1 in CE1 VRF and imported it in CE2 and vice versa.

I can see loopback defined on CE1 in CE2 VRF on PE and vice versa but i can't see CE1's loopback on CE2 and the opposite. Look like PE (ASR9K) was not advertising these learnt route to CEs, eventhough CEs learnt the PE's connect network on the otherside.

Question is did i missconfigure or this is ios-xr behaviour?

note: i configured pass policy for ebgp peers and allowed everything.

CE1----ebgp----PE-----ebgp------CE2

Regards

Hi,

By default XR IOS ie ASR 9K  filter EBGP route incoming , have  you created Pass route-policy to allow route in  to VRF ..

if you can post your config i might can help you

regards
