IP MPLS or MPLS TP?

Technically, is the attached configuration IP/MPLS or MPLS-TP? I know how this works ad what the configuration is doing, but I don't know exactly which technical term to use.

This is not MPLS TP. It is MPLS and more specifically, the service being delivered is MPLS L2VPN.

It's MPLS and you use Routed VPLS feature (full feature name on ASR903/920 is called Routed Pseudo-Wire and Routed VPLS).
