MPLS L3 VPN Monitoring Tool

Looking for recommendation for an application that can be used to monitor MPLS L3 vpn as well as assist with an easy provisioning interface.

And how many VPN tunnel You want to monitoring ?

I have over 100 L3vpn, i am using Cisco Prime and PRTG.

I am looking for a tool that can automatically identify the vrfs, group them in a display as well as being able to determine  if the client tunnels are up etc.

Ok. I maked many custom monitoring tools, from auto topology to SNMP/SSH/REST sensors for PRTG.
May be I can do it for Your case. But now I do not use MPLS (only vrf lite, ipip gre tunnels and l2tpv3).
May be PRTG + custom sensors will good for You?
