Can someone please give me brief idea on my following queries

1)what is difference in MPLS TE Dynamic vs Implicit setup

2)If dynamic setup chosen does that means that the next hop is dynamically chosen by each router along with path?

3)When TE setup is using explicit setup which protocol used to advertised the TE tunnel labels values to LSRs along  the tunnel path

Hi,

Dynamic paths are created using Constrained Shortest Path First (CSPF) to determine the best path to a destination. CSPF uses path constraints, such as bandwidth, affinities, priorities, and so on, as part of the computation.

Explicit paths allows you to manually specify the path a sub-LSP uses from the headend router to the tailend router. You configure static paths on the headend router.

A dynamic path is used if an explicit path is currently unavailable

hope this helps

regards,

mg

Hi,

About your last question, the TE tunnel labels are exchanged by RSVP-TE.
