Hi all,

Does anyone know if it is possible to apply LLQ and/or shaping on the outbound direction of an MPLS-TE tunnel?

No, it is not possible.

You have to apply the QoS policy on the outbound interface(s) the tunnel traverses.

In this case, you can use the MPLS EXP bits for packet classification on your QoS policies.
