Hi, i have multiple questions..

For VPLS, we configure service instance, VFIm, Bridge domain..

Can anyone tell me -how does the traffic use these three terms ...what is there in bridge -domain,,

what is the use of VFI,

WHAT is the use of Service instance..

If we dont configure Bridge domain, where will traffic drop...

if there is no forward path the packet will be dropped at interface level

the Router can work as Bridge Device 
BD is use as technology to make router work as Bridge "bridge meaning forward frame from one port to other without routing it".

NOW what is VFI ?
BD bridge between two physical port or
between physical port and VFI <-VFI is virtual port connect to other site.

what is Service instance ?
Service Instance like VLAN in L2, it make one port look like trunk, 
for each Service instance there is VLAN rewrite.
